I am not ready to be a parent, because I am to young and don't have enough responsibility. No I don't have the responsibility to do the chores that adults do. You need to be able to get up in the morning and not go back to bed. Being able to do chores not the lazy way. The way they were raised by their parents and how they treated them.
I dont think i could be a parent without some sort of training. I would have to take a class of something to learn the basics. Even then I dont think Id be ready quite yet.
Let me just say that I am not ready to be a parent. I still have to go to school and only have a part-time, minimum wage job.
If a parent was abused as a child, then they are more likely to abuse their children as well. It's the same with alcoholism. A child with alcoholic parents are more likely to be alcoholic later in life too. Alcoholism and abusivenes go together most of the time.
Right now in my life I am not ready to be a parent. I am not ready to be responsible for someone elses life. I do know how to take care of a baby but i would not be able to supply for it or shelter it. You need to be responsible and be stable. You have to have money to pay for the stuff you need so your baby can live a good life. Some times parents nee support by people so they have some one they can rely on. Often times people watch tv shows and they see how the couples take care of there kids and that might impact there ways of parenting. Or read about it in books. Another thing is the way there parents take care of them.
Well, at this age I do not think I am ready to be a parent. I mean I'm still a freshman and immature. But, I can pull my stuff together and act like an adult when the president is needed.
To be a parent I think you need to be mature, able to control your emotions, and a loving person.
Life at home, financial security, marriages, and basically anything that affects how YOU act as a person would affect a parent.
I don't think that I'm ready to be a parent AT ALL! Sometimes, it almost seems like I can't take care of myself, let alone adding another little individual in the mix. If I was to have a kid today, it would truly affect my education, and also my social life.
The aspects of parenting I'd say aren't completely in my "grasp". I just don't think that I'm capable of supporting some little "person", and I know for sure that I don't have the patience (I know this because waiting 30 seconds for a microwave, is one of the longest worse moments ever).
To be a parent I think you need patience, nuturing, and providing skills. Granted some young people have enough money to take of someone little "individual", but not everyone can have the caring or nurturing skills. I think that a person needs to be older with a kid, because then they are a little more mature and can handle the pressure (Doesn't alway apply, though).
A lot of things impact a way a person parents. Money being a big one, because if you can't provide for the child, then it lacks in nutrients and also "life"; in general. Another huge thing is the way that the parent was brough up, because if they were raised in a place that had no parenting and kids did what they wanted, maybe that's how the kid will end up. Parenting is a huge step, and not everyone is ready for it, but people with these skills might just be ready for the step.
I don't think I would make a good parent because i have know clue how take care of baby and I have a anger issues. Parents need to be caring and not bad to there children. Parents shouldn't ever abuse their chidren.
i do believe i am ready to be a parent though at this time i would rather not be. I do believe i have what it takes because i take care of my sister a lot of the time. to be a parent a person should have a good sense of right and wrong. some things that affect parenting are tv, what the parent's parents did to him/her when they were a child, books, and friends who have or are a parents advice.
No i am not ready to be a parent, i am only 15 years old and to young to have children i think. No i dont have what it taked to be a parent, not yet anyways. i dont know what you need to be a parent, because im still to young, and need to focus on other things then parenting.
No I am not ready to be a parent, sometimes i think i am because i can take care of my 2-3 year old neices and nephews but then i realize that its really hard and no one below 25 should be ready to be a parent.
i don't think i have what it takes to be a parent, not until i'm older and more mature.
Everything, in my opinion impacts the way people parent their child.
No, I am not ready to be parent because I am way too irresposible. Having a child young will definitely affect you eductionally and financially. Raising a child is not cheap, and you really need to dedicate your time. Some people might think theyre ready, but they aren't.
I think I have what it takes, but I'm still not ready. I need to let myself mature or become a responsible adult.
You need to be responsible and be stable. You have to have money to pay for the stuff you need so your baby can live a good life. Some times parents nee support by people so they have some one they can rely on.
Some of the things ,that impact the way people parent, are the way their parents taught them. They might have looked up to adults and watched them how they parented. The environment your parents had when they were children definitely affected the way the parent today.
No iam not a ready to be a parent. And no i dont think i have what it takes to be a parent yet thats why iam taking this class i think. you need patients i think well i dont know. Things that impact the way people parent are like where they grew up or how they were raised.
Ben- iknow that i am not at all ready to be a parent. I dont think that i would have the mental status that is needed to care for a child. so having said that i think that the thing that i need to become a parent is my intelectual side of things. I would have troubles not being able to go out and have fun with my friends whenever i felt that i wanted to. i think that the thing that affects parenting the most would be the way that they were raised.
Sydney- I am not ready to have a child. I want to finish high school and probably college before I have a baby. I am not that patient, so I don't think I can have a child right now. To be a parent, you need the mental, physical, social, and financial skills to raise that child right. I think the things that impact a parent are their parents. They go by how they were taught. If you have a baby at a young age, you aren't taught everything yet, so you will lack how to take care of your child.
Chantel - I am not ready to be a parent, nor do I have what it takes. I enjoy being able to go do what I want when I want and not having to worry about having a babysitter or taking the child with me. A person needs to have the time for the child and be able to take the responsibility. They cannot go back to bed in the morning. I would not be able to stay awake. In order to be a parent, you need to be able to take responsibility. The things that impact the way a person parents are the way their parents parented and how others parent around them parented.
Brady- i think i am ready to be a parent. i think i am ready because i can take care of little children. but the part that i am not ready for is me being a dad. i am only a freshman, so i am not even close to being ready to being a parent. to be a parent, you need to be responsible and caring for your child. you have to be willing to buy groceries and clothes for your child every month.
Tristan- No i am not ready to be a parent. I don't have the responsibility skills to become one. Eventually when i am older and more mature i will be ready to become one but not when i am this young. To be a parent you have to know whats right and whats wrong and you have to be responsible and think about others before you think about yourself. There is a lot of things that affect the way people parent, such as their parents, the people around them and also their kids.
Collin-I couldn't handle a child. I don't think I would have the time to raise him or her right with school and work. It would take all my free time away and I wouldn't get to do many of the things I love to do. No I am for sure not ready for a child.
Jaxson No,I am to young and I would probably freak out if I had a huge responsibility like that. I dont have what it takes because I am not responsible enough. To be a parent you nhave to be responsible, caring, and mentally tough. Something that impacts the way people parent is how they were parented as a child and what they have seen others do. PArenting would be tough.
sara i think i'm ready to be a parent. I am just not mature enough yet. its easy taking care of someone elses kid because they can go home. If i had to be a parent i would but it would be alot of work and i wouldn't get to spend time with my freinds unless the baby came with.
Deidra- Yes i think that i can be a parent cause i have been dealing with littlie kids alot and it may help. Yes i think i know what it takes to be a parent. You might want to learn how to deal with kids and then how to say no and care for them like a real parent would. Care for them and keep them safe and care for them like your parents had to care for you.
Rachel- I think that I do have some traits to being a parent, but there is no way that I am ready to have child of my own. I love to babysit and everything but only for like a day then I'm done. But I think that it takes a lot of different skills to becoming a parent and that there are differnt things that no everyone knows to becoming a parent. I think that the main thing you need to becoming a parent is patients and I know for a fact that I do not have that skill.
I think that the way that people parent affect everyone in a different way. And you may not always agree with the way that your parents parent. But they mainly always do it in your best intrest.
~Tierny Being only a freshman in high school, I am not ready to be a parent in my life. I do not think that I have the mental ability to take care of a child. I can babysit children, but having my own child would be really hard and stressful. I do have some skills of parenting, but I know that I am not ready for a baby. To be a parent you need to be responsible and have someone else come first in your life over you. When you have a child you need to be open to other people taking care of it when you can't and be kind to other people about it. Some of the things that impact other parents on their parenting skills is their own parents. Most times parents treat their own children the way their mom and dad treated them. When I grow up, I know I will parent my kids like some of the ways my parents did to me.

Mariah - I think that I am ready to be a parent but I prefer not to be one at a young age until I am older and mature. I take care of my little sister and take care of other peoples kids. In a way I am because I now how to take care of kids the proper way and to dicipline them the right way. When it comes financially I am not ready to take care of them though. You need to love them, take care of them, and be responsible.
Britt- I think im ready to be a parent. I mean i basically baby-sit all of my siblings which range from 2 to 11 so a lot of ground covered. I take baby-sitting classes over the summer and i have learned the basics. I know how to change a diaper and i know how to feed a child and clean up messes. But my really question is would i want to be a parent? No, i wouldn't be able to handle them in my state of life. I might loose my life for them. To be a parent to you have to have lots of time on your hands and i dont have that time. I am to busy with homework and extra curricular activities. That would impact me more than anything else and then when i actually get out into the real world then i would have to support the child and buy them stuff, i wouldnt be able to think about myself it would be all them and for a young person you dont have the mental capacity to do that yet.
Leona M.- I know i am not ready to be a parent because of the hard work and even though someone can take care of young family members, no one in their teens should be ready to have a kid of their own. I dont think i have what it takes because all of your time is devoted to the kid. I dont think i will be ready for awhile. You need a lot to be a parent. It takes time and care and so much more. You need to be mature enough to take care of a baby and you have to be prepared. Everything can cause people to parent differently. Its usually because of the way they were parented.
Mary I am certainly not ready for a kid. I have a hard enough time trying to take care of myself. I don't even have the necessary traits built up that you need for a child. Right now I don't have what it takes. To be a parent you have to be really patient, because things will take time to learn for the kid. You have to be understanding and not judgmental, so you can support them. You have to know what the child needs development wise and nutrient. Many things impact the way people parent. I would say the number one thing that impacts it is how they were raised themselves. Also, they are effected by whatever they see on T.V. Even their views can disrupt or help the way they parent.
McKenzee- I am not even close to being ready to be a parent. I am not mentally or physically ready. I don't have the patience or responsibility. I don't have what it takes because I have never really taken care of a kid before so I wouldn't have a clue what I'm doing. When you are a parent there are a lot of things that you need, like money to provide for it, a good mental state, and someone there to help you out. Your parents could impact the way you parent. Also people watch TV shows and read books to get ideas on how to parent. Another thing that may impact the way you parent is your environment.
Kim- No I am not ready to be a parent because it would be a very stressful job for a teenager to have a child in high school. To be a parent you have to have responsibilities yourself. It would mean that you could no longer be just a teen but you would have to grow up and actually think about whats happening around you. Some of the things that would impact a persons way of parenting is how they were brought up themselves. They may agree with some of the things that their parents did but they also may want to change some things about the way they will raise their children.
I don't have what it take to be a parents nor am I ready to be one. Parenting is a very important job. Some people just aren’t cut out for being a parent. I don’t think most teenagers are. Lots of money, time, and patients go into parenting and because of school and sports you’re not going to have time to raise your own child. If your still a teenager, you can’t raise a child because your still raising yourself and learning and growing yourself and if you have a baby when you’re still a kid your going to have to grow up fast. -Chancey
i think have have some what experiance of being a parent. I honestly think im way to young to be a mom i still have a childhood to go through. When having a child you have to have money and time to put into the baby.
Letzy I think I could survive to be one I really don't know if it would be a great one but I could. I have experience and skill for it. you need to be prepared and ready to take care of the family you need to care and love mostly. you also need to have the foundation of your life okay at least or your kid might have a hard time growing up. most people are affected by there parenting skills from there parents if they want to be like there parents or be the opposite of there parents.
Brianna- I am not ready to be a parent now, as a freshman in high school. My goals include finishing high school and college before I start a family of my own. However, I feel condifent in the skills I have to care for kids. I feel I am responsible and can care for a child to my best ability. What I need to be a great parent is to have an income and budget to fullfill not only my needs, but the needs of my family. Things that affect how people parent are things such as how they were raised, or how they have seem others care for their kids. A parent can either wish to raise their kids how they were raised, or they may want to do the opposite. It all depends on their beliefs and opinions on the correct way to raise a child. Also, a contributing factor is the parents personality. If a responsible person has a child, they are likely to be a responsible parent, where an easygoing person may struggle with the responsibilty of raising a child.
Madison No, I am not ready to be a parent and I don't have what it takes to take care of a child. I am no where near ready for such a great responsibility. It would be very stressful to try and be a parent while still in high school. To be a parent you need money, patience, and a place to live. The way a person parents can be affected by the way they were raised. Also maybe by the way they see other adults parent their kids. Even what they read in parenting books and what they see on TV can affect the way they parent.
Henry- I am not read for this first off I know this because I freak out when my nephew starts crying and I can't get him to stop. also even if I could handle that raising kids costs a lot of money and time, and especially at this age where I haven't even graduated from high school and need to save money. not to mention my time also needs to be consumed with homework too. that is why I'm sure I couldn't handle being a parent right now. Also would the baby go to the mom on certain days and to me on the others because I defiantly wouldn't move in with the mom, because I don't have the money to di so.
I am not ready to be a parent, because I am to young and don't have enough responsibility. No I don't have the responsibility to do the chores that adults do. ReplyDeleteI am not even close to being ready to be a parent.
I am sorry I wrote that it was a bet and i shouldn't have doen thtat
ReplyDeleteDustin- I think that i am kind of ready to take care of a baby because have had alot of exprence with kids before.
ReplyDeleteKim- No I am not ready to be a parent because it would be a very stressful job for a teenager to have a child in high school.
ReplyDeleteI don't have what it take to be a parents nor am I ready to be one. Parenting is a very important job. Some people just aren’t cut out for being a parent. I don’t think most teenagers are. Lots of money, time, and patients go into parenting and because of school and sports you’re not going to have time to raise your own child. If your still a teenager, you can’t raise a child because your still raising yourself and learning and growing yourself and if you have a baby when you’re still a kid your going to have to grow up fast.

i think have have some what experiance of being a parent. I honestly think im way to young to be a mom i still have a childhood to go through. When having a child you have to have money and time to put into the baby.

ReplyDeleteI think I could survive to be one I really don't know if it would be a great one but I could.

ReplyDeleteI am not ready to be a parent now, as a freshman in high school.

ReplyDeleteNo, I am not ready to be a parent and I don't have what it takes to take care of a child.

ReplyDeleteI am not read for this first off I know this because I freak out when my nephew starts crying and I can't get him to stop. also even if I could handle that raising kids costs a lot of money and time, and especially at this age where I haven't even graduated from high school and need to save money. not to mention my time also needs to be consumed with homework too. that is why I'm sure I couldn't handle being a parent right now. Also would the baby go to the mom on certain days and to me on the others because I defiantly wouldn't move in with the mom, because I don't have the money to di so.
